The unique rendering process used by Stichter Design results in a realism not typically seen in other renderings. The building to be rendered is created using the 3d modeling capabilities of Autocad. The building is rendered without a background, foreground or landscaping. After client approval of the perspective, colors and content, the rendering is output and the high resolution file is then opened in Photoshop CS3.
After opening in Photoshop, the background is removed. Landscaping is added from an extensive library of photos of various flowers and shrubs that have been tediously "cut out" and pasted into the rendering. The foreground grass and background are then added to the rendering, completing the realistic image.
